DATA HONESTY

What we measure, and what we won’t.

WHAT WE MEASURE

  • Door count (in / out) LIVE
  • Live capacity % LIVE
  • Crowd mix (observed at door) EST
  • Estimated dwell time EST
  • Anonymous check-in feedback LIVE
  • Demand forecast (weekly) FCST

WHAT WE WON’T

  • × Individual identities
  • × Location tracking, ever
  • × Age, ethnicity, income
  • × Faces, IDs, names
  • × Anything we can’t honestly source

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

Your data, your switches.

  • · Set a visibility threshold — only show on the consumer app above X%
  • · Hide capacity below 30% (or any number you choose)
  • · Run in private mode for the first month — get the data, share none
  • · Pause or pull your venue from the app at any time, no notice
  • · Export your data as CSV, on demand

QUESTIONS VENUES ASK

The awkward ones, answered.

What if I look quiet on the app?

You set a visibility threshold. Below it, you don’t appear. We don’t broadcast empty venues — that’s bad for you and pointless for the customer.

What if my bouncer hates it?

The clicker replaces a manual one they already use. We’ve had bouncers tell us it’s the only piece of software they’ve ever liked. If yours hates it, we’ll come and retrain — for free.

Can my competitors see my data?

Only the same aggregate signals customers see (busy / steady / quiet bands and rough capacity). Your raw counts, trend data, and forecasts are yours alone.

What about GDPR / under-18s / licensing?

We don’t collect personal data, so most GDPR exposure doesn’t apply. We have a full data-processing agreement available — and we’re happy to brief your licensing officer.

What’s the contract length?

During the pilot — none. Walk away any time, take your data with you. Post-pilot, we’re aiming for monthly rolling.

What happens at closing time?

Capacity wind-down is detected automatically. We stop reporting at last entry, and your dashboard switches to “closed” without a manual flip.

Can I run it in private mode?

Yes. The dashboard works exactly the same; you just don’t appear on the consumer app. Most operators use this for the first month while they get used to seeing themselves.
