1. About these terms
These terms set out the rules for using the Where’s Busy website, consumer app and operator dashboard. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
2. Who we are
Where’s Busy Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in Manchester, United Kingdom.
3. The service
Where’s Busy is a real-time venue intelligence platform. We aggregate signals from partner venues and provide them to consumers and operators in two distinct surfaces.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to harm anyone, scrape data en masse, or impersonate a venue you don’t represent. The full list of forbidden behaviours will be itemised here.
5. Operator agreements
If you’re a venue operator using the dashboard, additional terms apply — specifically around data ownership, the door clicker hardware, and the pilot programme. These will be documented in a separate operator agreement.
